• Offline Operation: Our utilities (including offline ledgers, calculators, timers, and offline media tools) execute entirely on-device and do not require account registration or cloud sign-in.
• Zero Unnecessary Telemetry: We do not track keystrokes, personal communications, or location data. Analytics, if present in any title, are limited to standard crash diagnostics to ensure app stability.
• Local Encryption: Security utilities (such as FortiVault) keep your information protected on your device. Your keys and private details never leave your device.

2. Data Collection & Sandbox Security

We do not collect or sell personal information to third-party data brokers. Data processed within individual applications remains strictly within the device's sandbox storage:

• Health & Wellness Apps: Data entered into symptom logs, medication reminders, or pain tracking records is saved locally on your device and is never uploaded to any remote server.
• Permissions: We request only the minimal Android system permissions strictly necessary for core functionality (e.g., exact alarms for reminders, notification permissions for timers, or storage access for user-selected="selected" local media).

3. Third-Party Services & Distribution

Past titles may have used standard in-app update libraries provided by their distribution platform, subject to that platform's privacy policy.

4. Children's Privacy

Our puzzle games and family-friendly titles comply fully with family-friendly privacy requirements and do not collect identifiable information from minors.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for individual, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the rules that applied to their distribution. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create unauthorized derivative software from our game assets or source code without explicit written consent.

3. Intellectual Property

All artwork, sound designs, narrative writing, characters, shaders, logos, and custom game loops are the proprietary intellectual property of Wajiha and respective project contributors. All rights are reserved globally.

4. Custom Engineering & Client Projects

For client engagements initiated via our project inquiry pipeline:

• All projects operate on a custom pricing model tailored to specific technical scopes, deliverables, and architecture milestones.
• Intellectual property rights and ownership transfer terms are established independently under mutual master services agreements (MSA).

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express warranties. While our utilities (such as health trackers and timers) are engineered with rigorous stability standards, they are designed as lifestyle and productivity aids and do not constitute professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
